The Program Manager is responsible for the day to day operations, she trains and oversees the team to ensure that they develop an integrated service plan that addresses each of the primary goals of the program and that each component supports and facilitates the Participants progress.
The Case Manager is responsible for identifying the individual needs of each Participant seeking interim or bridge housing at T.D.D. Supportive Living Inc. Also to help access and secure needed resources to maintain daily living essentials.
