About Us
We currently have 2 locations that offer transitional and bridge housing. We use strategies, interventions and motivational interviewing techniques to guide our participants to overcome the barriers that prevent them from remaining housed, out of jail or both. These barriers include but are not limited to substance use and psychiatric symptoms.
